Teresa Y. Smith, MD, MSEd, associate dean of graduate medical education and DIO at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University will moderate this critical conversation with panelists Joan Y. Reede, MD, MPH, MS, MBA, dean for diversity and community partnership and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School; Deborah Trautman, PhD, RN, FAAN, president and chief executive officer of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN); and William McDade, MD, PhD, chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
