Requirements

Participate in fellowship activities including leadership forums, seminar series, site visits, journal club, practicum and receive mentoring from senior faculty and health leaders.
Complete the course work leading to a MPH degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. For those with a prior MPH, complete course work leading to a MPA degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Qualifications

Dentist with a DDS or DMD and an active dental license who has completed residency or has at least one year of experience in practice
Experience or interest in addressing and improving the health needs of historically marginalized populations
Strong evidence of leadership experience or potential
U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency

Online applications for the 2025-2026 Fellowship is now available. The application deadline for the 2025-2026 Fellowship is December 1, 2024.

Contact information for three recommenders who can attest to your leadership potential. References will include:
- Individual from your current employer who has supervised your work
- A minimum of one academic reference is desirable
- Individuals who can provide your leadership potential and abilities
