Requirements
- Participate in fellowship activities including leadership forums, seminar series, site visits, journal club, practicum and receive mentoring from senior faculty and health leaders.
- Complete the course work leading to a MPH degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. For those with a prior MPH, complete course work leading to a MPA degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Qualifications
- Dentist with a DDS or DMD and an active dental license who has completed residency or has at least one year of experience in practice
- Experience or interest in addressing and improving the health needs of historically marginalized populations
- Strong evidence of leadership experience or potential
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency

How to Apply
Online applications for the 2025-2026 Fellowship is now available. The application deadline for the 2025-2026 Fellowship is December 1, 2024.
To apply for the Fellowship, you will need to gather the following for entry into the application form:
- Essay questions (See sample application)
- Contact information for three recommenders who can attest to your leadership potential. References will include:
- Individual from your current employer who has supervised your work
- A minimum of one academic reference is desirable
- Individuals who can provide your leadership potential and abilities
