Staying abreast of the latest literature can be a daunting task. At this year's annual medical education literature review for the HMS Academy Medical Education Grand Rounds, we have done the heavy lifting! We have conducted a comprehensive review of the latest medical education literature from January 2022 to December 2023. We will present data and findings from innovative research and interventions at the UME and GME levels. We will apply a growth mindset and quality improvement lens to the gaps and opportunities that may exist within our learning and teaching environments. We hope to inspire reflection and discussion with a goal of cultivating creative solutions for HMS, and beyond.
All HMS faculty, residents, and students are invited to attend and eligible to participate.
