City of Boston Survey: Impact of COVID-19 on Native American Community Members

The City of Boston's Office of Health and Human Services, Mayor Walsh's COVID-19 Health Inequities Task Force, Native American Lifelines, and the North American Indian Center of Boston (NAICOB) are partnering to gain a better understanding of how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted Indigenous community members. HMS faculty, students, and the Harvard Medical School (HMS) COVID-19 Student Response Team have also helped coordinate this city-wide effort.

This survey is for Native Americans, Alaskan Natives, and Native Hawaiians who live in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Filling it out will help generate information that can support a strategy for equity and accessibility to services, including recommendations for additional resources and considerations, that can be implemented by the City of Boston and partners in the response.  If you are Native American, Alaskan Native, or Native Hawaiian and live in Boston, please take the time to fill it out. Otherwise, please share the survey with your contacts.
