Frinny Polanco Walters, Faculty Assistant Director at DICP and Attending Physician at Boston Children's Hospital, has been selected as a 2024 Hispanic Outreach, Latinos, Amigos & Allies (HOLA) Achiever. This award recognizes hospital employees who exemplify the core values of Boston Children’s Hospital while at the same time serve as advocates and role models for the Latino/Latinx/Latiné community, patients, families and employees. Polanco Walters was highlighted for her patient work and being an asset to the Division of Adolescent/Young Adult Medicine.

Polanco Walters accepted her award at the HOLA celebration on Thursday, September 26.
