Sean Misek is a postdoctoral associate in the labs of Rameen Beroukhim and Jesse Boehm at the Broad Institute. He completed his PhD in cancer pharmacology in 2020 at Michigan State University. His research interests are in understanding how genetic variation influences cancer vulnerabilities.

Linda Lin is a MD-PhD student at Yale University interested in computational and experimental genomics. She studied Biochemistry & Computer Science at Swarthmore College and is a former member of Daniel Bauer's lab at Boston Children's Hospital. She is part of her program's DEI committee.
Manuel Tognon
Visiting PhD Student

Manuel Tognon is a PhD student in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Verona in Verona, Italy, where he also earned an MSc in Medical Bioinformatics. His research interests are focused on developing innovative computational methods for predicting the impact of genetic variants on epigenetic elements and CRISPR off-targets. As part of his PhD, he is being co-supervised by Professor Rosalba Giugno from the University of Verona and Professor Luca Pinello from Harvard Medical School. Currently, Manuel Tognon is a visiting PhD student at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
